PTU Easter Bright kit & tutorial

This beautiful spring kit has 100 Elements & 22 Papers. 
Simply beautiful elements in pastel colors, giving it that soft, sweet look 
and feel to your tag creations.

This tutorial was made and written by me, any similarities to another tag 
may be coincidental, but not intentional. 
This tutorial is for people with a working knowledge of psp, 
I have tried to break it down in easy to follow step-by-step instructions. 

Good luck and remember to just have fun!! 
Follow instructions or change it up and make it your own :)

Supplies:

PSP - I use PSPx7 but any version should work.

Font: 
 for Name: Flower In The Window Size 55
 for copyright: Kalinga Size 10

Abbreviations I may have used:
NRL = New Raster Layer NML = New Mask Layer  C/P = Copy & Paste   
NL = New Layer  RS = Resize  DS = Drop Shadow FR = Free Rotate 
PL = Palette Layer  FF = Flood Fill  FH = Flip Horizontally  
DUP = Duplicate  El = Element  P = Paper  F = Frame

. P7, C/P as NL, Image < RS < 108
. 80, C/P as NL, Move to bottom right half of canvas, In PL, Right click < DUP, Image < Mirror Horizontally, In PL right click on top grass layer < Merge Down, In PL right click on merged layer < DUP, Move above the other grass layer
. 59, C/P as NL, Move to left side of tag
. 59, C/P as NL, Move to right side of tag
. 77, C/P as NL, Image < RS < 98, Move to right edge of canvas, In PL right click < DUP, Image < Mirror Horizontally
. 79, Move to left side of tag

. Layers < NRL, Selections < Select All, Selections < Modify < Contract < 10, Selections < Invert
. P10, C/P into Selections, Selections < Select None, Change BLEND mode to OVERLAY
. Add Copyright, Watermark ( if you have one ), Name 
. For easier reference later on, do the following:
. Image < Image Information, On Creator Information tab, In Description Box, enter your Tags Name, Copyright Info and Font Name and size
. Then Save your tag :)

To continue on to make the Avitar:
. Hide the following by clicking on the eye next to it in the palette layer:
. One of the Chibi's (the one you do NOT want to use), The 2 border layers, Your copyright, & Name. . Move your chibi to where you want your avi to be
. Select the CROP TOOL from the left side toolbar, From the drop down menu that popped up on your canvas, Choose SQUARE, Up in your top toolbar (Below the printer icon), Change your pixel Dimensions to be 300 Width and 300 Height, Position to where you will be happy with it, Click OK
. Re-Adjust your elements where you want them
. P9, C/P into Selections, Selections < Select None, Adjust < Noise < Add Noise < Select Gaussian 50 < OK
. Layers < NRL, Selections < Select All, Selections < Modify < Contract < 10, Selections < Invert
. P10, C/P into Selections, Selections < Select None, Change BLEND mode to OVERLAY
. Add Copyright, Watermark ( if you have one ), Name 
. For easier reference later on, do the following:
. Image < Image Information, On Creator Information tab, In Description Box, enter your Tags Name, Copyright Info and Font Name and size
. Then Save your tag :)
